Yes, we offer tracked global shipping! This ensures that anyone looking to improve their facial fitness can access our products. Shipping rates and delivery windows are calculated directly at checkout based on your location.
3. Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
International shipments may occasionally be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs department upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not managed or covered by our store.
Order Tracking
4. How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress in real-time.
5. Why is my tracking link not updating?
It usually takes 24 to 72 hours for the carrier to scan packages into their system and update their tracking portals after a label is created. If your tracking page shows no updates after 3 business days, please reach out to our support team.
Returns, Refunds & Hygiene
6. What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date of your package to request a return. To be eligible, items must be entirely unused, unopened, and kept in their original packaging.
7. How do I start a return or refund process?
Simply email us at jawzrsizerelief@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. If your request meets our criteria, our customer care team will provide you with the correct return shipping instructions.
8. Can I return a device if I have already used it?
For strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any facial exercising devices that have been unsealed, opened, placed in the mouth, or used.

10. Can I modify or cancel my order?
To guarantee fast transit times, our warehouse processes and packs shipments almost instantly. If you need to make changes, please email us immediately. Once an item has been processed or shipped out, we unfortunately cannot alter or cancel your order.
