Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items

For strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, facial exercising and jawline toning devices cannot be returned or refunded once the original packaging or sanitary seal has been opened, unsealed, or used. Additionally, sale items, promotional products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

The return process is simple. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or fulfillment center. If your request is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
